When LinkedIn introduced a new carousel-style display ad, many companies wanted to give it a try. The ads I created for Relation Insurance were a series of several short, easy to read and understand panels that act like an infographic when seen as a whole. The challenge with these ads — as with any kind of animated or motion graphics — is to hook the viewer quickly so that they don’t just scroll past you. Using orange and yellow in the design never hurts when it comes to grabbing eyeballs.
