Ascend was an internal program at Workday to rally employees around a new set of processes and productivity initiatives. The initial lobby signage design was extended across multiple deliverables including banners, flyers, and other literature. The most unusual piece in the program was a series of cards, sent out weekly to all employees. Each laminated card covered a different topic in the program and included a hole to allow the card to be added to a branded carabiner.
